This generation ( 18-30 ) is obsessed.Obsessed to earn money.Perhaps there is nothing wrong in it.What is wrong is their attitude,their mind set.Money can be earned keeping the loyality intact.But loyality is no more a word of any importance in their dictionary.Today they are working in this company,tomorrow in other.The second company throws a little bigger piece of meat before them and they jump to grap it like a dog ( sorry for using this epithet ).This is called 'Maid Servant Attitude' or 'Driver Attitude'.Maid servants drop any job for a petty amount of 100 - 200/-.Drivers don't show their faces if they happen to get 300 to 500/- more.And this generation is doing almost the same.Yes their price tag is higher.So what.Attitude, after all, is the same.

Working in healthier environment is much better than working in a stuffy environment.Even if you are getting a little less,it is better for mental peace,physical health and better family life.The craving for more and more is making this generation Mental wreck.This is making them sick both physically as well as mentally.

The sooner they realise it,the better it will be.
